Automated Planning Tool and Report Generation
Using a simple data file containing information regarding associates' salary and bonus information, we were able to automate a process that created over 5,000 individual Salary Adjustment Tools (with advanced reports), emailed each manager their tool over a secure intranet.
These managers were given 5 days to make all budget decisions and return their completed tool to their executive. The executive was then able to consolidate each of their managers tools to allow for top level decision making.
